About the Hunts:

  • Reservations are required in advance for all Hunts. Morning hunts begin at 9am, afternoon hunts begin at 2pm, please arrive 1 hour before your hunt begins.
  • At time of reservations, a deposit of Half the total amount will be expected. Paid in full, 30 days before hunt.
  • Cancellations – Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the hunt to be eligible for a reschedule. Rescheduling accommodations will be made upon availability.
  • All hunts will be during our upland season, December – early March upon availability.
  • Bird limits are 20 birds shot. Additional bird limits can be accommodated at additional cost with advance notice.
  • Additional half day hunts must be reserved the day before you checkout and payment will be taken at that time.
  • Prices do not include hunting license, gratuities for hunting guides and cooks
  • All hunts are fully guided by professionals, guides acting as hunt master. Guides will have authority over entire hunting party while in the field.
  • Minimum hunter age is 12. All hunters between 12 and 18 years of age can hunt for $250 per hunt.
  • No more than 4 hunters or observers with each guide on a walk-up hunt. No less than 2.
  • Hunting licenses are required for all hunters and must be shown at the time of check-in.  Non-residents of Texas may obtain a Banded Bird License.
  • Guns – Only Break Open Shot Guns, NO semi auto or pump, Ammo – 7 ½ game load only. Rental guns are available with ammo for $50 daily. They must be reserved at time of booking to ensure availability.
  • Birds processed and packaged for a fee of $1 per bird, set this up with your guide during or after the hunt.
  • Relax in the beautiful Hill Country and enjoy skeet shooting and fishing with your overnight stay
  • ALL HUNTERS must wear Hunter Safety Orange during hunts.
  • Long pants, brush style, layers and comfortable boots are recommended
  • If you have any special food or accommodation needs, please let us know at time of reservations.

A few things you need to bring:

  • Valid Hunting License
  • Gun and Ammo or Bow and hunting equipment (25 Caliber & above, over and under shotgun for Quail hunts)
  • Personal items (toiletries, etc…) for lodging guest
  • A comfortable pair of boots/shoes and appropriate hunting attire
  • Cooler/ice chest for the transportation of meat unless otherwise arranged
  • Binoculars
  • Tip money for guide and cook – customary but not required
